System Three: Sugar Craving Response

Gymnema sylvestre's effect on sweet-taste perception is directly observable, not just theorized — gymnemic acids are structurally similar enough to sugar molecules to measurably interfere with how the tongue registers sweetness.

System Four: Antioxidant Defense

Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and alpha lipoic acid work through different but overlapping antioxidant pathways — alpha lipoic acid specifically is unusual for being both fat- and water-soluble, letting it function across a wider range of tissue types than most antioxidants.
